Open positions

Who we are looking for

Four positions are open: PV installer, electrician, PV design engineer and sales consultant — full-time, based in Varna.

PV Installer

Full-time · Varna + sites nationwide

What you will do

  • Install mounting structures and panels on roofs and ground sites
  • Lay cable routes according to the design
  • Work in a team with an electrician and a technical lead

What we look for

  • Experience in construction or roofing is a plus
  • Willingness to work at height (we provide training and equipment)
  • Precision and responsibility — panels are installed once for 25 years
  • Category B driving licence

Electrician

Full-time · Varna + sites nationwide

What you will do

  • DC and AC wiring of PV systems and batteries
  • Install and configure inverters, switchboards and protections
  • Measurements, tests and commissioning

What we look for

  • Electrical education or experience with electrical installations
  • Electrical safety qualification group (min. third) is an advantage
  • Ability to read single-line diagrams
  • Desire to specialise in renewable technologies

PV Design Engineer

Full-time · Varna (hybrid possible)

What you will do

  • Design PV systems for homes, businesses and plants
  • Yield calculations, inverter and battery sizing
  • Prepare documentation for permitting and EU programmes

What we look for

  • Degree in electrical engineering, energy or similar
  • AutoCAD skills; PVsyst / PV*SOL is a strong advantage
  • Knowledge of the regulatory framework for grid connection of renewables
  • English for technical documentation

Sales Consultant

Full-time · Varna and the region

What you will do

  • Consult clients and conduct site surveys
  • Prepare offers together with the engineering team
  • Stay with the client from inquiry to launch

What we look for

  • The ability to explain technology in plain language
  • Experience in sales or customer service
  • Technical literacy — we train you on the rest
  • Category B driving licence
