During working hours a consultation is free. Outside working hours and on public holidays the first 5 minutes have a fixed price, after which the call is charged per minute.

When a problem cannot be solved by phone, we come to you. A pre-arranged visit during working hours is free within Varna; outside the city €1 per kilometre, there and back, is added.

We inspect your site and prepare a quote tailored to it. If you commission the work from us within 1 month of the survey, the full survey fee — kilometres included — is deducted from the order price.
For a new solar, battery or EV charging system
The survey is not an extra cost if we go ahead together: when you commission the project from us within 1 month of the survey, the full amount paid, kilometres included, is deducted from the final price.
Payment is by bank transfer only — to our account, which you receive with the confirmation. You can pay from any bank or from Revolut; an instant transfer arrives right away. We do not accept cash or card payments.
We tell you the price. If it is not urgent, we will call you back for free during working hours.
We send you the terms and payment details, and you confirm them by replying “YES”.
€40 or €60 by bank transfer — an instant transfer takes seconds.
You pay for the full minutes after the 5th after the call, within 3 days — we send you the amount and payment details.
Visits: the amount, including kilometres, is transferred in advance or on the spot — from your mobile banking while the technician is with you.
Survey and quote: €50 (+ km) by bank transfer. The amount is deducted in full if you commission the project from us within 1 month of the survey.
Warranty cases: if the problem is in a system we installed and is covered by the warranty, the consultation and the visit are free.
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 – 18:00. Evenings, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are charged at the “outside working hours” rates.
All prices are in euro and include VAT.

Visits and surveys outside Varna: €1 per kilometre is added to the price, counting the trip there and back.
