Photovoltaic system for a furniture workshop, installed on a sandwich panel roof and combined with a Deye hybrid inverter and battery storage. The facility operates entirely on its own power supply, providing a high level of energy independence, lower operating costs, and reliable production without dependence on the utility grid.
The challenge was to provide a fully autonomous power supply for the furniture workshop due to a lack of access to the power grid. All production machinery and electrical loads had to rely entirely on power from the photovoltaic system and the battery, without a backup power supply from the grid.
We installed an off-grid photovoltaic system with a Deye hybrid inverter and an energy storage battery, tailored to the needs of the furniture workshop. This solution allows the solar energy generated during the day to power the machines directly, while any excess is stored in the battery and used when there is insufficient sunlight or outside of daylight hours.
Since it was put into operation, the plant now has its own sustainable energy source, which ensures the normal operation of the equipment and allows for better production planning. The battery serves as a power reserve and ensures more stable system operation during periods of variable sunlight.

The solar power system was installed on a two-storey building with a low-slope bituminous roof. To ensure the optimal angle of the panels towards the sun, we designed and manufactured custom mounting structures. This allowed us to improve solar energy capture and maximise the overall efficiency of the system.
