The solar panels are mounted on a roof structure made of sandwich panels, which also covers and protects the parking space. This practical solution makes maximum use of the available area and generates clean solar energy without adding extra load to the building’s main roof or taking up additional space in the yard.
The client had limited available space and was looking for a way to install a solar system without placing a load on the building’s main roof and without taking up usable space in the yard. It was necessary to make the most efficient use of the available space above the parking space.
We installed the solar system on the existing roof structure made of sandwich panels above the parking space. In this way, we transformed the existing roof into an active part of the property’s energy system, while preserving its original purpose.
After the system was commissioned, the facility began generating approximately 13,500 kWh of clean electricity per year. At a price of 0.135 euros/kWh, this results in savings of about 1,822 euros per year, while the existing parking space remains fully functional.

The solar system helps us reduce our electricity costs
A hybrid system with an inverter and battery storage has been installed, ready for the future addition of photovoltaic panels. At this stage, the system uses lower-cost nighttime electricity to supply energy during the day, reducing costs while allowing for easy future expansion.
Part of the photovoltaic system is installed on the client’s bitumen roof, while the remaining panels are mounted on a sandwich-panel canopy. This allows the available roof space to be used to its fullest, resulting in a more efficient use of the entire area.
For a family home in the Manastirski Rid area of Varna, we installed a 10.4 kWp hybrid photovoltaic system and a 16 kWh energy storage battery. The solar panels are distributed across three slopes of the tiled roof to maximize the use of available space and achieve more uniform power generation throughout the day. The system is equipped with a Deye hybrid inverter, a V-TAC battery, and a separate distribution panel. The energy generated during the day powers the home’s current consumption, and any surplus can be stored and used in the evening or when there isn’t enough sunlight.
