Off-grid photovoltaic system designed to power a construction site in a villa area without an existing connection to the utility grid. The system provides the energy required for tools, equipment, and everyday needs throughout the construction of the house.
The client is beginning construction on a house in a residential area where there is still no electricity supply. This creates a need for a reliable and independent power source for the construction machinery, tools, and daily needs at the site.
We built a system that combines solar panels, a hybrid inverter, and battery storage to provide a stable power supply both when the sun is shining and outside of peak generation hours.
Once commissioned, the site has its own independent power supply, which allows construction work to continue without having to wait for connection to the grid. The client gains greater flexibility in organizing the work and a system that can continue to be used even after the house is completed.

The solution provides flexible energy management, higher reliability, and efficient coverage of the households’ electricity needs, including the use of stored energy during evening hours and periods of lower solar production.
📷 4For this project, we installed a photovoltaic system on a standing-seam metal roof, making optimal use of the available space and ensuring the panels were securely fastened. Specialized fasteners designed for the standing seams allow for installation without unnecessary drilling into the roof covering, which reduces the risk of compromising the waterproofing.
📷 2The solar panels are mounted on a roof structure made of sandwich panels, which also covers and protects the parking space. This practical solution makes maximum use of the available area and generates clean solar energy without adding extra load to the building’s main roof or taking up additional space in the yard.
