Photovoltaic system with a capacity of 10.8 kWp, designed for a multi-family house and equipped with four hybrid inverters connected in parallel and two 15 kWh batteries. The solution provides flexible energy management, higher reliability, and efficient coverage of the households’ electricity needs, including the use of stored energy during evening hours and periods of lower solar production.
The main challenge was to provide a sufficient and balanced power supply for several households in a single building, given their varying consumption patterns throughout the day. The client was looking for a solution that would reduce dependence on the grid, maximize the use of generated solar energy, and provide a reserve of stored energy for the evening hours.
We designed the system to meet the higher and more dynamic energy consumption of the multi-family property. The four hybrid inverters work together, and the total battery capacity of 30 kWh allows the energy generated during the day to be used after sunset, when household consumption typically increases.
After it was put into operation, the system significantly improved the property's energy efficiency. Most of the daily consumption is covered by the property’s own generation, and the stored energy is used in the evening hours, which reduces costs and increases households’ energy self-sufficiency.

For this project, we installed a photovoltaic system on a standing-seam metal roof, making optimal use of the available space and ensuring the panels were securely fastened. Specialized fasteners designed for the standing seams allow for installation without unnecessary drilling into the roof covering, which reduces the risk of compromising the waterproofing.
The solar panels are mounted on a roof structure made of sandwich panels, which also covers and protects the parking space. This practical solution makes maximum use of the available area and generates clean solar energy without adding extra load to the building’s main roof or taking up additional space in the yard.
A hybrid system with an inverter and battery storage has been installed, ready for the future addition of photovoltaic panels. At this stage, the system uses lower-cost nighttime electricity to supply energy during the day, reducing costs while allowing for easy future expansion.
