The photovoltaic power plant is installed on the metal roof of the Chuprene municipality building. The panels are mounted on a profiled aluminum structure, securely fastened directly to the roof. This approach makes full use of the client’s available rooftop space.
The municipality had unused roof space on its building and was looking for an effective solution to reduce its current electricity costs. A significant portion of these costs was related to preparing food to meet public needs—an activity characterized by high and constant daily energy consumption. Installing a rooftop photovoltaic system made it possible to use the available space to generate clean energy precisely during peak demand hours, thereby reducing dependence on the grid and achieving a significant reduction in electricity bills.
We built a rooftop photovoltaic power plant, transforming the previously unused rooftop space into an active source of clean energy. In this way, we not only optimized the building’s available resources but also ensured a stable power supply for the client’s primary energy needs. The solution reduced dependence on the grid, significantly lowered monthly electricity bills, and provided the municipality with long-term financial and energy sustainability.
- Energy independence: A significant portion of daily consumption (especially for cooking and communal needs) is now powered by the home’s own solar system rather than the grid. - Reduced electricity costs: Monthly electricity bills have dropped significantly, as solar generation covers peak load hours. - Utilization of “dead” space: The roof, which was previously unused, has been transformed into an active asset that generates value for the municipality. - Financial return: At current electricity prices, the investment pays for itself in about 5.5–7 years, after which the plant continues to produce nearly free energy for decades to come. - Environmental impact: Reduced CO₂ emissions and a contribution to the municipality’s sustainability through the use of a renewable energy source.
The team carried out the installation in an exceptionally organized and professional manner—from the initial consultation to the final commissioning. We received a clear, customized solution for our property and a photovoltaic system built to the highest standards, which has been operating flawlessly since day one.
