Ground-mounted photovoltaic system in the yard of a municipal "shelter-type" housing unit, built on a sturdy metal structure designed for optimal capture of solar energy throughout the year
The municipality had some unused space in the yard of the sheltered housing facility and was looking for a way to reduce the ongoing electricity costs associated with the daily needs of the residents.
We built a robust ground-mounted photovoltaic power plant, transforming the unused yard space into a reliable source of electricity. In this way, we not only met the client’s key needs but also significantly reduced monthly electricity costs, while ensuring partial energy independence and long-term financial stability.
Since the power plant went online, the assisted living facility has been generating its own electricity from its yard, which has directly reduced the need for expensive grid power. Monthly electricity bills have become lower and more predictable, and the available yard space—previously unused—now works daily to benefit the people living there. As a result, the municipality has achieved a higher degree of energy self-sufficiency and a more stable financial outlook for the facility.
Since the system was installed, we’ve been extremely satisfied—our electricity bills are significantly lower, and the yard, which used to lie unused, now works for us every day.
Ground-mounted photovoltaic system installed in the yard of a municipal "protected-type" housing unit, built on a stable metal structure designed for optimal solar energy capture throughout the year.
The photovoltaic power plant is installed on the metal roof of the Chuprene municipality building. The panels are mounted on a profiled aluminum structure, securely fastened directly to the roof. This approach makes full use of the client’s available rooftop space.
Installation of a rooftop photovoltaic system for a commercial facility—Grand Mall Varna. The solar panels are installed on a flat roof, utilizing the available space between the building’s utility systems to generate on-site electricity and optimize the facility’s energy costs.
