Installation of a rooftop photovoltaic system for a commercial facility—Grand Mall Varna. The solar panels are installed on a flat roof, utilizing the available space between the building’s utility systems to generate on-site electricity and optimize the facility’s energy costs.
The shopping center has consistently high electricity consumption, and its roof is equipped with numerous air-conditioning, ventilation, and technical systems, which require careful planning for the photovoltaic installation.
We designed and installed a rooftop solar system with photovoltaic panels located in the open areas of the flat roof. The design takes into account the technical infrastructure, access for maintenance, and the efficient use of the roof area.
Grand Mall Varna has its own source of clean solar energy, which helps reduce operating costs for electricity and supports the sustainable management of the shopping center.
